1. Johnson Webs is a company for web design and web development. All content on our website is the property of Johnson Webs including pictures, graphic, logos and texts.
2. Johnson Webs will accept only those agreements made by email, phone, mail or fax.
3. Once you agree to cooperate with us you corroborate that you have agreed to the terms & conditions issued by our company.
4. Any work done by Johnson Webs including coding, scripts, software, applications are a copyright of our company and should not be reproduced, duplicated or resold without an agreement with Johnson Webs.
5. Johnson Webs will not be held responsible for content plagiarism caused by content introduced from a client.
6. Johnson Webs will not bare additional costs if fails to meet the deadline, or in case of any loses which occurred due to the website malfunction.
7. Johnson Webs is obligated to respect intellectual property rights.
8. Johnson Webs has the right to refuse any project which by our judgment does not fit our standards due to content or any other reason.
9. All the material provided by Johnson Webs such as HTML codes, texts, pictures, graphics will be the Johnson Webs property until the closing of the financial transaction. Upon closing of the financial transaction all the content listed above becomes a client's property.
10. Johnson Webs will not be held responsible if a search engine refuses to list the client's website.
11. Johnson Webs guarantees that every product will be compatible with all major browsers.
12. If a client chooses to terminate a project before it is finished, the Client is obligated to pay a commission for all finished work prior to the moment of termination.
13. All graphics, buttons, logos, designs, headers, scripts are a property of Johnson Webs
14. The client agrees to provide all content material used for creation of a website in agreed time.
15. All trademarks displayed on our site are a property of Johnson Webs.
